Sani’s chicken

Ordered burger loaded box from ubereats. It was perfectly packed, fresh and warm. The chicken fillet was tender and crisy outside. I chose bbq sauce coated in the chicken fillet. The Cajun sauce is the secret ingredient that makes the loaded fries so good. Highly recommended for a cheat day!

Sani’s Chicken is one of my go-to spots when I’m in Birmingham, and it’s a great place to grab a meal. I had the Hawaiian Spice Dip Burger Meal with Messy Fries, and the flavour was spot-on . The burger was juicy, the dip had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness, and the fries were loaded perfectly. The portion sizes were fairly good, and everything is fairly priced, which makes it worth it. A few others in my group ordered different meals, and we all thought the flavours were really nice . I’ve seen plenty of TikTok-hyped places that don’t live up to the trend, but this is definitely not one of them. The food was genuinely good, and the new shop is a big improvement from the hut they had across the road—it’s clean, spacious, and has a nice vibe . The only downside, and it wasn’t really an issue, was that I felt like there was a roadman serving me at the counter . There was a bit of a lack of professionalism, but other than that, it was a good experience. It’s a good place to go to, and I’d recommend it. Fairly priced, with fairly good portion sizes, and a solid option for a meal in Birmingham. I’ll definitely be back again!

Portions were really good for the large loaded box and pricing was decent too. However it tasted very salty and wasn't really enjoyable after a few bites. Had two loaded boxes and there was multiple pieces of hair on both of them.

Ordered two of the Burger Loaded Box with the Inferno and Original burgers, plus 3 Chicken Strips (free) from Sani’s Chicken on a Saturday night. The Inferno burger was outstanding – perfectly crispy coating, juicy fillet, and the spice level was spot on with great flavour depth. The chicken strips were also excellent quality and well-seasoned. The Original burger was slightly dry around the edges, though this could be down to the delivery journey rather than the kitchen. Everything arrived a bit cool after the Uber Eats trip, which is understandable given delivery logistics. Despite the temperature issue, the quality and flavours really shone through. The portions were generous and the food was clearly prepared with care. Definitely planning to visit the Bordesley Green location in person to experience everything fresh from the kitchen – I have a feeling it’ll be even better !

I Dont understand the hype. The chicken strips were awfully dry and as were the burger. No amount of sauce could save that strips. As for the firecracker burger, dry and too salty. The loaded fries were ok, but dont expect to be blown away. It's just okay. Would I try Sani's again? A resounding NO.
